CONTINUITY/4

A documentation toolkit for industrial continuity plans. It produced equipment lists, contact trees, maintenance schedules, dependency diagrams, and printed restoration checklists. Version 4.3 was the final documented release.

RELAYLINE

A communications test package used to verify modem pools, leased telephone circuits, paging trees, and alternate routing plans. Primarily delivered as a consulting service rather than commercial software.

PALISADE

Desktop software for ranking maintenance work orders and allocating technicians, vehicles, and replacement parts. PALISADE 2.1 added CSV import and weekly staffing reports.

LOOKGLASS

A scheduling model for estimating how quickly employees would receive and acknowledge revised work assignments. Inputs included shift coverage, telephone trees, supervisor availability, and average response time.

FIELDNOTE

A forms-management project that standardized inspection sheets and converted handwritten field reports into indexed client records. It was discontinued after two pilot customers adopted their own database systems.

ARC

Project references first appear in 1995 under the name Automated Records Continuity. ARC was described as a software tool for cataloging operational records, checking backup completeness, and preparing recovery instructions for client systems.

A limited Calder pilot ran during 1997 and 1998. ARC remained an internal tool and was not offered as a standalone product. Its functions overlapped with later commercial document-management software.

One ARC pilot note is only partially readable because several pages were damaged before scanning.
